Message Card

I wanted to take a stab at creating postcards and message cards. In my head a message card would be a way for me, or my wife, to jot down something while the other person is away.
“Just send a text message!”
Sure. But I was recently reminded of how much I enjoy the physical aspects of things. A friend told me he saw a video of a man explaining he was journaling memories from his childhood. Just memories he had of growing up, written down in a book. I liked that. It makes it memorable. So the idea of scribbling down a few words on a card for someone feels a lot more personal, and dare I say, memorable.
The front of the card is a clear nod to mods and two-tone culture.
In some cases people would prefer a personal message to them sitting on their desk like this – rather than a text message. It won’t be perfect, but always a-okay.
